TLC Home Mobility Inc. provides the sale and rental of new and pre-owned home mobility equipment, including but not limited to hospital beds, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices. All services are subject to availability and the terms specified in this agreement.
4. Orders and Rentals
a. Placing an Order or Rental Request
- Orders and rental requests can be placed online, in person, or over the phone.
- All orders and rentals are subject to acceptance and confirmation of availability.
b. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed on the Site and may be subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed at checkout using accepted payment methods, including credit cards and other payment gateways.
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may include applicable taxes.
c. Rental Terms
- Rental agreements specify the duration, condition, and cost of the rental.
- The customer is responsible for returning rented equipment in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear.
5. Delivery and Shipping
a. Delivery Options
We offer local delivery services. Delivery fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or during the rental agreement process.
b. Shipping Policy
- We aim to ship products promptly but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- Delays caused by carriers or other circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.
c. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate. Additional fees may apply for redelivery if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
a. Sales
- Products purchased are final sale unless otherwise stated.
- In the case of defective products, please contact us within 7 days for an exchange or repair.
b. Rentals
- Early termination of a rental agreement may incur a penalty fee.
- No refunds are issued for unused rental periods.
c. Cancellations
Orders or rentals may be canceled prior to shipment or delivery. Cancellation fees may apply.
7. Product Condition and Warranty
a. Condition of Products
- New and pre-owned products are sold or rented in as-is condition.
- Pre-owned items may show signs of prior use but will be cleaned and inspected for functionality before delivery.
b. Warranty
- Limited warranties may apply to certain new products. Details will be included in the product listing or agreement.
- Pre-owned items and rentals are typically not covered by warranties unless otherwise stated.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for using our products safely and in accordance with the provided instructions. Improper use of equipment may void warranties and result in liability for damages.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC Home Mobility Inc. is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Delays, interruptions, or loss of data resulting from the use of the Site.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
